My professional journey is shaped by diverse experiences that helped me form a holistic view on professional development of teams and individuals.
I have 15+ years of experience in multinational top-tier legal professional services firms (the business services side), in various functions, from Knowhow & Information, to IT Training and Onboarding, and then Learning & Development.
For 8+ years, I served at executive level as Global Head of Learning and Development and gained extensive experience building departments and teams from scratch - from one person to cross-cultural teams, spread across 7 countries in Europe and Mid-Asia.

I started coaching in 2010, helping Department Heads, High-Performing Employees, and Senior Executives across various industries.

I've moved countries and continents - from Europe, Romania, to Toronto, Canada - in 2017 and have started my independent leadership & team coaching practice since.
