And it will never be!
It's All Personal.

It's about YOU learning by connecting, 'tailoring' and 'talking to the face' - which means me and other game-changing leaders like you!

I am both an introvert and a TEDx speaker, a Certified Learning & Development and HR Practitioner, Certified Team Coach and Individual Coach Practitioner, a Certified GCologist® and Scaled OKRs Coach.

Having worked in international top-tier law firms for 15+ years (Linklaters, White & Case, Kinstellar), and having led the firm-wide Learning & Development department for 8+ years, I started my leadership coaching practice in 2017.

I am also an expert designer and facilitator of Workplace Culture and Communication programs at York University and College Boreal in Toronto, and an online course and live classes contributing author on award-winning e-learning platforms!

Fun Facts
I'm a GenXer, mom of 2 Gen Zs, and working with a mix of Boomer, GenX and Millennial clients! I'm a firm believer in the power of inter-generational learning!

As a dual Romanian and Canadian citizen, Bucharest born and raised, living in Toronto, I love the blend of European, Canadian and US personal and professional experiences in my life!

I accidentally discovered running as a cure for my migraines some 10 years ago and that took me to running several half marathons.
I just love running and how that habit impacted other areas of my life (enough that I talked about it in my TEDx talk, too!).

I also describe myself as a tree hugger (hence the partnership with Evertreen!), learning geek and citizen of the world.

Oh, and I really do have blue hair.:)
